We understand that you might need to return something for a refund. Please contact us prior to sending anything back.  Returned items must be packed carefully and be sent with a valid tracking number to ensure the goods are received and qualify for a refund.  Without this information, you accept full responsibility should an item not reach us.

If You Change Your Mind:
contact us about your intent to return your order up to 30 days after your purchase to qualify for a full refund.  
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and include all parts in order to receive a refund. 

If the Item Arrived Damaged or is Missing Parts:

All orders leave the supplier warehouse in brand new and undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or with missing components please contact us and we will absolutely organise a replacement and/or re-imbursement of any return shipping costs that you may incur.  Please place the receipt of your postage costs within the returning package to qualify for the reimbursement of your costs. 

All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. To help you as quickly as possible it is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify us immediately of any damage.  Please provide photographs with identifiable product information before returning.

The item is faulty
Our items are high quality products and your purchase is automatically protected by Australian Consumer Law.  Should your product be faulty please 
contact us before returning so that we can ensure the correct process is followed for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.  We will work with you to achieve the best and fasted solution possible.

As we are completely an online business, all online messages are prioritised and we aim to respond within 1 business day.
